I would like to print my form in the same format that people fill it out as.

    Hi there,

You can actually create a PDF form based on your JotForm form. Once you have the PDF file, you can just open and print it.

Here's a guide on how to create a PDF form.

    Hope this helps. Thank you.

Yes except it is not in the form format.  It is just like the email version and is not as easy to read.  I want the actual form to print with the answers.

    Hi,

This is possible by adding a print button in your form, here's the guide for that: http://www.jotform.com/help/24-Print-Button-on-Forms.

In your end, you can also use that button for existing submissions by following these steps:

    1. Choose the form with the submissions you want to print.

    2. Inside the submissions page you can choose specific ones, click the "Edit" button.

    3. In edit mode, you'll see the "Print Form", assuming you already followed the tutorial on how to add the print button that I gave earlier.

    4. You will then see the form filled out and ready to print.

I hope this helps. Do let us know if you need more information on this.

    Thank you.

Can you print like this from a link in a notification email?

As I understand, you want to put a link in the notification email wherein if you click it, the form will open with the answers on the field and the print button right?

You can do that by adding the "Edit Link" in the notification email. If you double click the "Edit Link" under the Form Fields, you will see that it will put {edit_link} in the email.

In your notification email, you will see something like this:

If you click that "Edit Submission" link, it will go to the submission form where you can edit or print by clicking the "Print" button.

    Thank you.
