Problems Uploading Files

I have been organising all the files submitted to Submissions at www.otfn.no and lots of people are contacting me saying that they are having problems submitting files to us. Can you let me know what is the problem asap please? As the festival is next month and we are missing a lot of submissions!

May I know what specific problems they are having? Are they getting any error message or anything similar?

I've cloned your form for testing purposes and made a sample submission, it seems good. The problem might be on how you embed your form in your website, could you try using the iFrame code instead, here's a guide on how to get that code: http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

See if that fixes the problem.
