Cannot print my form

I was able to print out the form that I use all the time and a few days ago it stopped working. I can print from other programs but it doesn't work with Jot Form. 

I tested the form and could access the printing dialog:

Is the form embed on a website? If so please let us know the site's url so we can run further tests.
Are you receiving any error message? Does the printing dialog opens up?

Are you experiencing this with more than one browser? You can try clearing the browser's cache to see if it helps.

If the problem persists please let us know the browser that you are using.

Using Chrome, cleaned out the browser cache, still no luck. I do see the printing dialog page but it keeps searching for the form. It never shows the form to print. This form isn't embed on a web page.

Any other ideas?

I tested printing option and I can not reproduce issue you are mentioning. 

There is occasionally issues with some browsers and printing form views.  Usually cancelling the print and starting a new one fixes this.  If you still are unable to print form view, if possible, try a different web browser.  Also I would suggest upgrading Chrome to the latest version.
