How to require responses in every cell

    Hi,

I made a form that I'm mostly really pleased with, but it has two major issues.

First, in every place possible I checked the boxes and chose the code to make responses mandatory in every cell, but it turns out that users can leave every cell blank and the form goes through without an error message.

    Second,

some users' get error messages (in lavender across the top, Adobe style) saying they can't save the data they input into the form except by printing it. Sometimes they're able later to save it, but I want them to be able to save their responses halfway through and come back later or the next day to complete the survey and submit it (of course saving a copy of their responses at that point).

How can I fix those two issues?

    Thanks!

I've tried cloning your JotForm and made sure that all the matrix boxes are checked to require all cells. I am able to see the error message that Every cell is required as soon as I come out of the field leaving atleast one cell blank. I am also not able to submit the form with these errors.

If you are still experiencing the issue with the form, could you try clearing the form cache and browser cache to see if that helps.

Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

The other question is moved to a separate thread and shall be addressed there shortly.
