Looking at integrating Jotform to Infusionsoft. On the form I want a question such as "What is your gender?" and give them radio buttons for male and female. If male is selected I want the contact to be given the "male" tag. I don't want to waste a field in Infusionsoft. Is this possible?

It is possible to update a text box field or form field by using conditions. Please check this demo form to check if this is what you need: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51343938769974. Here are the steps that I did to create this form:
First, you will create a text box field named "Customer Gender".
Second, you will setup a condition that will update the Customer Gender field depending on the chosen gender.
In the conditions wizard, select "Update a form field value".
The conditions rule and action should look like this:
You need to create the same condition for the female.
You can hide the "Customer Gender" text box field if you like. Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any help. Thank you.

Sorry for the late update, but we'd like to inform you that we have just implemented a feature called 'Dynamic Tagging'.
This allows you to change the tag applied to a form depending on a user's answer.
Please refer to the following guide for further information:
