I can't find a "shared form" that used to be available to me

    I had a "shared form" that my website designer sent me. I have been accessing it for about 2 years (successfully) but not it does not appear on the JotForm home page. I have logged in with the same password and user id.

     

    Do you know how I can find this form again?

    Please tell us the JotForm account/username of your designer so that we can also search for the shared form on his/her account.

    I just checked your jotform account/username  waldenpondart but there was no form under the account. 

    If the form is embedded on a website, can you share also to us the URL of the website where we can check the form? We will be able to know the owner of the form once we know its URL.

    the shared form that I used to be able to access was called "Strottner"

    and it always appeared as a sub-category below the "Favorites" line in the "My Forms" section

    I was able to trace the form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/33356270656962

    from the website http://www.waldenpondart.com/register-online/

    and it belongs to the account/username strottner

    I checked the form's owner account, and I found that they did not share the form to your account. This is the reason you cannot see the form in your My Forms page.

    Perhaps you can contact the form owner and request from them to share the form.

    but I have had access to these forms for the last 2.5 years -- has something changed on your end in the last month? I imagine I used the form less than a month ago.

    Hi waldenpondart, 

     

    Have you contacted the owner of the form? I also checked the form's owner account and noticed that the form was not shared to your account but to a different account/email. There has been no changes on our end regarding sharing of forms. Perhaps you can contact the form owner and ask if they have changed the setup of the shared form and request to share the form to your account.
