I had someone doing this for our non-profit organization, no longer available.
In past years we were able to open and view our jotform registrations for our free event in EXCEL, from where another assistant would create name badges.
Try as I can, I am not able to view the forms / registrations in EXCEL now.
I am frustrated and need help, please.

Did it change from last year?
    Am I doing something wrong?

    HELP!!!!!

    Hello.

It sounds like you are having problems downloading your submissions in Excel format. Nothing has changed recently, and I am able to properly view and download my submissions in Excel format, bu following this guide: How-to-Export-Form-Data-to-Excel

You can also export only partial submission data, for a certain date range, by following this guide: How-to-Partially-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

Please let us know if this solves the problem for you, or if you are experiencing further issues - please let us know which form is this about, and if you provided a screenshot of the way that you are trying to access the Excel file, it would also help.

One other thing, you can even set up an Excel report, which will get updated automatically, so that you can re-download the latest Excel file with submissions from the same link whenever you want. This feature is called Creating-an-Excel-Report. Thank you.
