I will give a quick example for understanding purposes.

I have one form with 3 fields. Name, Age and Job. What I did was, I removed the field Job as I was only getting Teachers and Plumbers and I made the age field "Age and Job". Problem is, people who filled the form before that, i only see Name, Age and Job. But in the Age and job field, I have the old info from Age only. This happened to me, and I really need the missing field information.

    Thanks for the support.

    Wilson

PS: I have the page of the form below, the field I want was called "Acampamentos" if I am not mistaken, the one i changed was, "Tipo de Inscrição" to "Inscrições Disponíveis". I need the "Acampamentos" from past Forms.

    Hi,

Removing a field from your form will remove the submission data for that field as well.  If you would like to restore the data, you will need to restore the field as well.  If you revert your form back to previous version that contained the field using your revision history:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History

The data for that field will be restored as well.

If you have any further questions, let us know and we will be happy to help.
