Getting a "Form Closed" error when submitting the form

    On my CT3 Parking Violation template ... it has been working fine, but now when you press submit, it tells you that the form is closed?

    What do I need to do?

    I have cloned your form and I was able to submit it. Could you try to check if there are limits set for your submissions:

    When you erase its value it should show, "Click to edit".

    Thank you so much.  I really appreciate the support that all of you give to your customers and I'm grateful to be one of your customers.

    I did check my submissions and it is set for unlimited.  Shortly after I wrote to you, I tinkered around with the thank you's and made a change, then, it did not show that message.

    One small question, though - I used to be able to setup a custom "thank you message" and then, after 5 seconds it would re-direct to another web-site, or in my case, the same blank form; is this still possible?
