We are not able to access forms over a secure (HTTPS) protocol

I am not able to access my form via https. My website adds https: to the jot form url. I get an unable to connect page when trying to access https://form.jotformpro.com/form/50884849921974.

The reason why it does not load is because you are using a wrong subdomain.

You should change your form URLs to hold both https at the start and secure as their subdomain, like so: https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/50884849921974

The link above should open your form right away for you.

This is done to prevent anyone from simply always submitting over a secure link instead of a regular link - abusing you submission counters.
