Zapier Integration: Encountered Error on existing integration JotForm to Smartsheet Zap

JotForm: [Errno -5] No address associated with hostname

I have been receiving this error in recent weeks / couple of months across 4 Zaps - Jotform to Smartsheet.  The Zap transfers Jotform to Smartsheet however appear to be working correctly.  I have used these Zaps for months without receiving an "Possible error" messages.

FYI I notified Zapier Support with the following response

"...Thanks for reaching out to us! Nothing wrong on your end. It looks like earlier today JotForm was having some technical issues that resulted in that error. Everything should be working now! ...."

I have received another 21 error alerts in the past 24 hours.

    Hi,

I tried to integrated one of my forms to Smartsheet using Zapier and I was not able to replicate the issue. Can you check again if the integration is still not working properly? If the issue still persists, can you try to re-integrate your form to Smartsheet using Zapier?

We will wait for your response.

    Regards.

The integration is working but I get emails of possible error from Zapier as above.  I have notified their support with the following response:

"It looks like Jotform have been running into some issues with their API due to what looks like a DNS problem on their side. It did resolve itself for a little while when I emailed you but I see it's still happening so I have escalated this to our developers to see if there is something we can do to help speed up a resolution. "

I can leave it with Zapier support but thought I should also advise Jotform.

    Recently advised by Zapier Support:

"Good news! JotForm should be back to normal. The issue was related to some strangeness in JotForm's DNS records and after DNS caches across the globe updated naturally normal operation should be restored. We're making some changes to the way Zapier handles these events to prevent this from happening in the future."
