Why do my email recipients have to log in to JotForm in order to execute a form?

When I test the form there is no indication that when my membership receives my form via email that they will be required to log on to JotForm.  We do not want our elderly membership to be required to create an account.

How do we avoid this intrusive action?

If I understand your concern correctly, when you distribute your form to your user then user accessed the form, the user is required to create an account? If so, may I know what is the link you give to your user? The direct link of your form is http://www.jotform.us/form/52528134199157. When user access the link that I have provided it will display the form.
