Is it possible to create an item to purchase (through paypal) with 6 different options? Each option would have a drop down to choose from 5 different choices.
What we need is to sell one item at a set price. The item is a 6 pack, and would like the client to be able to select each specific item of the 6 pack. There would be 5 options to choose from for each item of the 6 pack.
Here is how I currently have the form set-up.

But, I would prefer to have the choices within the paypal integration, as we will likely add other items to the store in the future that will not have multiple selections/combinations.
Thank you!

The easiest way to accomplish this would be to use calculations values:
http://www.jotform.com/help/301-How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value
Then use a calculation widget to total everything up:
http://www.jotform.com/help/259-How-to-perform-calculation-in-the-form
Once you have your total, you can forward that to your payment field:

You could even use form collapses to separate out multiple sets of beer entries.
I setup a test form to show you how to the setup would work:

If you have any questions regarding this setup, let us know and we will be happy to help.

Thank you for the information.
I have tried to set the calculation values, but I am really not sure what I need to be setting...?
I am quite confused....
The example form you provided seems to be what I need but I am having trouble making mine like yours.
Can you please help?

Since your new question is unrelated to the first, I have moved it to a thread of its own. I will follow up here shortly:
