I have had multiple people tell me that they have been kicked off my jotform and or cannot pay. What is going on?

We are very sorry to hear about that, and such an occurrence is quite unusual. Upon checking the page that you have provided for any errors that might explain it, there don't appear to be any JotForm forms on that page.

I can only see a form from formsite.com, so if you are having any problems with that sepcific form you have linked to, it may be best to contact them instead: https://www.formsite.com/contact.html

I can see that you also have a similarly looking form in your JotForm account, which can be found here: http://www.jotform.us/form/52336913624152

If you are having any problems with your JotForm form, could you please let us know a link to the page where your JotForm form is embedded, so that we can check it for any errors that could be causing such as issue?

Please note that the PayPal payment tool that you are using on your JotForm form automatically redirects users to the PayPal payment page, which is where their payments are made, and processed directly by PayPal.

The submissions that have been made to your form, but haven't yet been paid on Paypal will appear on your JotForm as Incomplete Payments. If you are having any problems where a payment that has already been made is still showing in your JotForm account as incomplete, you may need to enable the IPN settings in your PayPal account, as described in our Paypal Incomplete Payments FAQ.

I hope this helps. Please let us know how it goes.
