The integration was done some year ago and files always save in my dropbox folder earlier. But today, I can not see any files in my dropbox folder. However, I can see it in jotform report. I have checked many times about integration and it always shows that the "Integration UP and Running". What is the cause?

Hi,
Have you recently modified the fields in your form? Modifying the fields in the form might cause the issue. Can you try to re-integrate your forms to Dropbox (remove integration and integrate again) and see if it will work now?
