Do you have report functionality that allows for tracking specific answers on a form?

I'm looking to track the input of a scale rating on a form. Several people will be filling out this form and I want to pull the scale rating numbers out to create a data set related to those questions. Is this possible?

Yes, this is possible. You will have to open your Submissions page, click on a gear icon, then select preferred Time Frame and fields to show. Then, click on a Excel/CSV icon to generate the report.

This will give you only the data from the fields you wish to include.
