Clicking the above link takes me to my own page, not to the forum. I can save one form as PDF, but Access Denied for another. Cloning did not work.

You are unable to open link you provided, because that thread is set to private, so only user that posted question on that thread and JotForm support team are able to access it.

If I understood you correctly you are unable to create Fillable PDF form. Cloning of the form will not resolve this issue. Can you please provide us ID of your form, so that we can test it and if needed we will escalate this issue to our developers.

    Looking forward to your reply.

I'm able to replicate the issue with the cloned version of your JotForm. However, I see that the number of columns for text area fields seems to be causing the issue. I have tried  reducing the text area columns to 5 and tried generating a PDF form which worked perfect.

Please try reducing the row numbers for Text Area fields on your JotForm and try generating the PDF. Please get back to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you further.

    Thanks!

    Thanks for your quick response.
When I reduce the columns and rows, I get a tiny box, see attached.
The issue for us is that JotForms PDF forms dont print an entire answer
unless the box is made to be bigger than the answer (which of course varies
by employee). I expanded the boxes for the Supervisors Appraisal form and
it converted to PDF just fine. Yet the exact same specs on the Employee
    Appraisal wont convert.
When will you create the ability to have the boxes expand with an answer?
Its frustrating that we cannot print the entire answer.

    Beverly
