    Personalize jotform url

    Hello there, 

     

    My current url for my form is : http://form.jotform.com/form/20205134234

    Are there any possibilities to customize it to : http://femmesaushopping/sponsorform/20205134234 ?

    This may be obvious and easy ... I am new to all this ;-)

    JotForm's custom url feature uses the following format:

    http://www.jotform.com/username/custom_name  (e.g. http://www.jotform.com/fash/registration)

    It still uses JotForm domain in the url address since it is hosted on our servers, we do not have control over the domain where you will embed it.

    To get the custom url for your form please do the following:

    1.  Click Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form button
    3.  In the Embed Form Wizard screen, click the small wrench icon beside your form's URL

    4.  Enter a custom name for your form URL
    5.  Click Save

    ** Once you embed the form  in your website you can use iFrame so that the JotForm url  is not displayed in the address bar.**
