The form builder is giving jotformeu.com instead of eu.jotform.com for EU Safe Mode accounts

When you go to the Publish screen to get the link, it's giving https://eu.jotform.com/xxxxxxxxxxxxxx then the Publish screen needs to provide the correct link.

As mentioned in the original thread, I have now forwarded this matter to our developers for further checking. IF there are updates, you should know it through this thread.

    Thank you.

    Hey @YBDSA,

The correct URL is the one given from the Publish Wizard.

Both works, but form.jotformeu.com is always faster than eu.jotform.com.

    Please continue to use form.jotformeu.com,

    Kindest Regards,

    - Ertugrul.

Last night we changed our published links to use https://eu.jotform.com/xxxxxxxxxxxxxx and this morning we had an entry come in giving us a blank row. So it looks like there's either an issue with the whole system or that URL won't work.

    This was for form: https://eu.jotform.com/53353748379973

    And Submission ID: 325034841012241219

I will convert the links over to https://form.jotformeu.com/53353748379973 and see if I have any issues with that.

FYI - When I've just gone to Publish for this form today, it actually gave me the definitely wrong link of: https://form.jotform.com/53353748379973

    Hey @YBDSA,

    Actually, it doesn't matter if it's eu.jotform.com, form.jotformeu.com, or form.jotform.com.

All forms are served by a central place, but submissions are stored in Europe if you've enabled your EU mode.

    You can safely use form.jotform.com,

About your missing submission, I have found a bug in forms with Payment Field and EU enabled, I will update you when it's fixed.

I have fixed the missing submission on your account, you can see it in your submissions.

    Kindest Regards,

    - Ertugrul.

That might explain it - All of our forms use the PayPal integration.  The missing submissions seem to be a little hit and miss and I couldn't work out a proper pattern.

Bottom line - there still seems to be a problem with the submissions not showing.  If you could look at fixing, that would be good.

Our apologies if you are still experiencing an issue with empty submissions. Let's go back to your original thread (http://www.jotform.com/answers/717045) for that matter.
