Why is the form saying WHOOPS? On my page

    For some reason I published the form on one of my pages Fermanagh/Tyrone Brass Band Summer School

    It keeps saying WHOOPS and that it can't be found but I tried it on another page and it works?

    What is the best option to make this work?

    It looks great on my other page but the form isn't meant for that page sadly

    Hello Stephen,

    I tested the form embedded in your FB page and it's working just fine. My submission went through. I can't reproduce the mentioned problem.
