    Hi,

I'm wondering if all the link in JOTFORM is the secure one? I clicked on publish, there's LINK that says JOTFORMS FORM ARE SECURE. I tried that link on my WORDPRESS website but it didn't work. So I tried to use from the Platform one and chose WORDPRESS.COM, it is working.

Question: If the link from the Platform for the WORDPRESS.COM is the secure form as the customer will take payment through here?

    Thanks,

    Shanti

Yes, the form that is currently embedded on your website is indeed embedded with a secure link, and any form submissions on it will be SSL secure submissions.

If one were to inspect the form using the browser's Developer Tools, they could confirm that the form is called through a secure HTTPS link:

    https://form.jotform.co/form/53341229197861

I have attached here an image demonstrating that the embedded form is indeed embedded with a secure HTTPS link, even though the base website is on regular HTTP. Please see the following image:

So there is nothing to worry about, your form is a secure form and it can receive payments through any of our supported payment tools.

Please let us know if you need any further clarifications or assistance, and we will be happy to help.
