Driving distance widget: suddenly stopped showing starting location

    Hello. I have three forms which include the driving distance widget, and this is one of them: https://form.jotform.com/50274139754256 None of the forms are displaying the starting city/location. 

    Please see attached screen shot. Please help asap.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. Could you kindly check again the form? I fixed the widget by opening the widget settings and just clicking the "Update Widget" button.
