I'm trying use a multiple "If" Statements on my Home Inspection form. I've isolated the piece of form that I need help with. Below is the scenario:
If the customer choses "Yes" to have the inspection "and" the "Location1" or "Location2" or Location3" = $100 else if "Location4" or "Location5" or "Location6" =$125
I hope that explains it ok. I can't figure out how to do the math condition.

You have to separate it into 3 conditions.
I've cloned your form and made the changes, check it here: https://form.jotform.com/60293253845963.
