A form we have created will have between 3-5 attachments once a user submits. Is there a quick/efficient way to download all the documents associated with a submitted form. We don't want to have to click on every link to open each document and save individually.

You can use the file downloader app to download all the files together.
http://apps.jotform.com/app/file_downloader
However, this app requires the user to install Ruby on their system in order to be able to use the app. Simply follow the guide seen on the app page.
