Exit Popup

    Hi guys.

I need to create a popup if the user leaves the form/page without submitting.

    Is this possible with jotform?

Also, I have created a secondary form with a 'Call me back' request. This is embedded into the main form using the feedback publishing method.

So we have a main jotform form, inserted into an html page using the source code, plus we dropped in a feedback button that sits on the right of the form, when a user clicks it, it opens up to request their phone number so that we can call them back.

My question:  Could we trigger that secondary call me back form (popup/feedback button) if a user navigates away from the page/form without submitting?

The form is still unpublished, I cannot supply the URL yet - we have everything working, except that we need to trigger the secondary form to pop upwhen a user exits without submitting.

If you require more details or an exact example, please get in touch and I can provide it privately.

    Thanks in advance,
I'd really appreciate your feedback here.

I do not think that this could be possible to achieve using JotForm, I have tried to find a widget to accomplish what you request, but I was unable.

As I understand your question, you want to know if the user closes the form without submitting it and then show the popup.

The only way to do that would be using the source code of your form, but you will need to create your custom Javascript code to achieve it.

This guide will help you to get the source code: http://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form
