How do I delete a payment option from our form?

If I understood your original question properly you are asking how to remove the payment tool from your form.

If that is true, you can remove it just like you would any other button:

1. Open the form within the Form Builder for editing

2. Click on the payment tool

3. On the top right corner of the tool you will see a red X, clicking on the same, you will remove the tool from the form

- If you wish to keep the products / subscriptions used in the payment tool available for future use (so that you do not need to recreate it later - but not visible on form), you can do so by selecting Yes on the small lightbox popup asking you about the same.
