I like to give you an idea on pending submission

I like to suggest an idea. Right now if a payment is not processed by paypal, I would not get a notification unless payment was made.

Why not have your system email me an email stating that there is an incomplete payment.

This is a good idea, right now I could be sitting around not knowing if payment was made or if I should log into jotform to check pending submission form.

Hi,

You can setup incomplete payment Notification Email. This email is triggered when person who submitted your form didn't settle the payment.
