Save and Continue form not working?

I finally completed the Save and Continue form, so I thought. When I tested the form to see if it was working, I received the continue email. Yayyyy. However, when I went back into the form to complete the rest or pick up where I left off, none of my previous responses were in the form. Can you please tell me what I did wrong?

I presume you are referring to the "Save and Continue" feature using the session links? Here's a guide link that you can use as a reference: http://www.jotform.com/help/97-How-to-Save-Forms-and-Continue-Later

It seems to be working correctly, here's my sample session link from my cloned form: https://form.jotform.com/60721317107951?session=charmiequino@gmail.com

Please note that you will need to click the "Next" or "Back" button for the changes to be saved in the session. In your case, you have two pages, the inputs on page 1 will only be saved once the user clicks the "Next" button.

I also tested your form, when I filled out "First Page" form, it redirected me to "Pre-Trip Checklist" BUT the link where I have been navigated is the direct link of it and not the session link. Please note that you'll need to have ?session={email} in the form URL for the inputs to start saving. Also your users need to use the session link whenever they want to continue the form they filling out. Here's my session link I received from your "First Page" form: https://form.jotform.com/60716856021150?session=charmiequino@gmail.com. It works in my end.

Let us know if you need more help on this. You can also share us the session link that is not working so we can better investigate.

    Thanks Charlie.

I believe it was working until I added a Form Number tab using the Unique ID app. Could this have altered the form making it difficult to save it again?

No, any fields should not affect the save session functionality.

I just fixed the URL in your first form's thank you page, as almost mentioned by Charlie, it should have the session parameter in it which I have just added for your convenience.

    It should work by now.
