Background image is not shown on our form, but is within the form builder

I have this form (https://form.jotformeu.com/61162597013351) with a background image. In the Jotform aplication the background appear, but in the public site the background image doesn´t appear.

Any idea where the problem is coming.

I took a look at your form and I see that you have set the background image with the following link:

ftp.kyoceradocumentsolutions.es/kyocera/varios/Industria.jpg

Please do change the link to:

http://ftp.kyoceradocumentsolutions.es/kyocera/varios/Industria.jpg

It will be best however to upload the image to your form instead so that you can show it on secure form as well.

To do that, simply download the image to your desktop and then upload to the Image File on your form.

From there you can simply get the URL to the image and use it on your forms.
