Form not appearing on Facebook page for IPAD or Iphone - but is ok on desktop Facebook

I dont see the Contact tab when using Iphone or Ipad - but ok on desktop

Please do note that that would be up to Facebook if they would be showing the form or not since the layout is different and some options are removed / added depending on the device used.

Unfortunately due to same, it would not be possible for us to change anything.
