Two people have registered today but we have not received the notification email. I only knew because they had a question. I see others have complained of the same issue.

Nevermind.
I fixed it. I followed your instructions in other persons thread/question to: http://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-remove-your-email-address-from-bounce-list
We have GoDaddy and I believe it was down last Friday. Perhaps that caused the issue.
It's now fixed.
