Short Scrollable Terms: Privacy policy check box not clickable

Hi, I have a required box on my form for reading Privacy Policy. Using widget Scrollable Terms & Conditions. The form will not let user (Mac, Safari) click on box to continue the form. The feature of reading the entire text box before enabling the check box is disabled. Please advise. 

The 'Must Read all the Text' option is enabled on the second terms widget (Page 10), so this is most likely the reason of the issue.

I have checked the form via Safari on Mac, and it worked well.
