form not updating

Changes are made in the form builder but even after saved, the preview and live form does not show those changes... I have tried to clear my browser cache, to clear jotform cache, and even reboot my pc but the problem remains... the form is not updated with the latest changes

Is their any problem with the European server like in January 2016.
