Hello:
I am using Jotform as a third party form creator. I am integrating to Mailchimp. I did a few tests and have received an email notice saying, We have received your response for JohnHanson.
So far, it is not appearing in Mailchimp as a subscriber.
Any thoughts?

If the option to send the Opt-in email is checked, users will only be added to your contact list if they accept the opt-in email:
Uncheck this option in the integration to add all users who submit the form.
