Problems with saved data appearing from saved sessions of continule later feature of the form

I have two forms that are linked together (an initial form with just an email and name, and then the main form at https://form.jotform.com/61741592508964 with most of the questions), that enables saving of the main form through sessions.  The user is emailed a link that enables them to come back to the form later.

However, some of the users are reporting that when they are coming back to the main form which they started at a previous date by clicking on the emailed link, their data is not in the browser and wasn't saved – so they have to start all over again.

Could you suggest possible causes of why this might be?

So far I could not reproduce the issue at this time. I test your session form https://www.jotformpro.com/form/61448587522968  and the test session was saved as it should on the main form.

As you can see on the 3rd page already, my test data was there.

Unfortunately it still possible for some user to actually loose the saved session.

That is, if the end-user have reset the browser, or cleared the browser cache or if there is also a setting on their browser that prevent saving session -- then this feature will not work for them.

But this feature was design to work on browsers will the default settings. So the number of end-user that could have altered their browser should be minimal.

You can also probably inquire on the end-user that encounter the issue if there is something different on their browser. Perhaps they also have adblock plugins running on browser (that can be another reason)
