I believe my account needs to be reactivated? Form is in Restore Mode?

    Hi, reading through the FAQ I believe this will solve my issue. Either way please advise.

    First of all, we are sorry for the inconvenience this may caused you. Your account was in dormant status. If you do not sign in to your account in a long time, so it has been flagged as dormant.
