I can't access the pictures that were attached to a form submission

    Our form, Compassionate Friend Candlelighting has several submissions. Many have pictures, jpg file submitted, I can't view them, I get a 404 error, file not found???? I need these pictures to include in a memorial presentation on Dec 11

    It looks like this might've been due to your form being over quota but, I've refreshed the counts which were incorrect compared to your current so this should've fixed the problem for you.

    Please try downloading it again now to see if you're able to access the images and let us know.
