    What is "Use Field as Billing Address"?

    I see the option None and Address. Can someone please clarify?

    Please be noted that the option "Use Field as Billing Address" only appears if there is an "Address" field present in the form.

    This will let you collect a Billing Address that you can view also view in your Stripe account.

    Hi Mike,

    Thanks for the clarification.

    Yes, there is an address in the form. I did a test and did not see the address in Stripe.

    For Field as Billing Address, I used "Address" but I do not see the address in Stripe.

    I recently changed the Use Field as Billing Address to "Address" and I can see the address in Stripe. Previously, I had the Use Field as "None" and it also collected the address. When I checked Stripe for the first few test orders, I could see the mailing address. Does the mailing address still get passed to Stripe if you choose either "Address" or "None"? Is this how it is suppose to work?

    Second,

    I included a list of all titles available for subscription on the form. I used Checkbox and made it a required field. I really do need to match the user with a title. While I can see what plan the user subscribed to in Stripe, I do not know what title they are interested in Stripe, even though I made this a requirement on the form.

    I see that Customer X subscribed to the Yearly subscription plan, but I do not know which title Customer X subscribe to (or ticked)?

    Is there a way to identity that without creating a different a separate subscription for each title?

    For example, I want to use one form to handle subscriptions for ALL titles with the customer being able to select a title of their choice. Can this be done?

    Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

    I just saw the information for the title is included in the email that was sent when a new subscription is received. This is a notification from JotForm. From the email, I  can see what the customer subscribed to.

    I still do not see in Stripe what title the customer subscribed to. Does that information get passed to Stripe? Is there a way to find that information in Stripe?

    It would be easier if that information can be accessed by Stripe especially when one is not in email.

    I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I was able to see what you mean when I made some test with my form. It seems that as long as there is an "Address Field" in the form whether the selected option in the Stripe Payment Wizard "Use Field as Billing Address" is "None" or "Address" the address still gets passed to Stripe.

    I will escalate this concern to our development team for clarification. You will be notified in this thread for updates if there are any. 

    Regarding your other concern about passing the selected option from the "Select One" field to Stripe, I have moved it to a new thread since it is about a new topic.
