    Hello,

We are trying to establish an integration with Salesforce, such that we can make beautiful forms in Jotform and use them to collect our leads. Unfortunately we are not able to authenticate with the Salesforce account credentials when following the steps. We also tried using 2FA token instead of the SecurityToken of Salesforce, since their documentation suggested this, in case that 2FA was turned on for API integrations.

Do you have any ideas for what could possibly go wrong?

    Thank you in advance!

I have tested Salesforce integration with one of my test forms and the account was authenticated without any issue. Could you let us know which edition of Salesforce that you are using? Please be noted it is required to have the API access enabled to your Salesforce account in order to integrate with JotForm. Please refer to the link below that can help you with which Salesforce editions are having API access.
