As part of our school gardens mini-grant application, we ask applicants to upload a detailed map of their project and photos of their space. Some also upload a detailed excel budget. Our review team receives pdf copies of the applications downloaded from jotform. In the past, once the documents were downloaded the links still worked to re-direct readers to the uploaded content. This year, we're getting an error message that says 'too many re-directs' and prompts readers to clear their browser cache of cookies. Even after taking this step, the links still do not work. Any insight into why this might be happening? It has not happened in previous years.
