Error downgrading subscription

Hi there!

I was trying to downgrade to the free service but it gave me an error. Literally it just said "Error canceling service" and lead me here. 

I no longer need the plan I am on, how can I downgrade?

I have now cancelled your current subscription. I have also refunded the unused time on your current subscription.
