Hi, stupid question, how do i get all my fields to display .00 in an amount for instance 45.00 instead of just 45?
In the conditions i have checked ' Show empty decimal places' but the fields still show just 45 instead of 45.00

I have tested your form and it seems that you were able to resolve your issue. Empty decimal places are also shown.
Feel free to contact us if you have any other questions or issues.

I don't see any issues with the sub total boxes in your form. I've tested it, they are working. Here's a screenshot:
I think you've figured it out already. Let us know if not, we'll be happy to review the form again.
- cnumbAnswered on December 01, 2016 at 12:44 PMHi I still don't show the zeros in those specific fields. I have tried different browsers, cleared the cache, etc still no luck.

I've fixed it for you. You need to configure the calculation to show the empty decimal places.
In your calculation condition, click the ... button:
Go to the Options tab and check the Show empty decimal places:
Make sure to save the changes in the form.

Hi, I am aware of the box that says Show Empty Decimal Places and they are all clicked for each equation.
Again, I still am missing the .00 in the subtotal field.
I have tried with different browsers and different machines and I still come up with this issue.
See screen shots below.

Show Empty Decimal Places from screenshot my colleague provided you are set inside of conditional logic calculation and screenshot you provide is from Form Calculation widget field. I am not sure which condition my colleage change on your form, but I made some additional tests and I am able to replicate issue you mentioned. It seems that both my colleague and I tested your form in Google Chrome and in Goggle Chrome empty decimals are shown. However when I tested your form in Mozilla Firefox I was able to replicate mentioned issue.
As you can see on my screenshot bottom Subtotal HTS and Total Payable have empty decimals shown. Those fields are textbox fields and other fields where empty decimals are not shown are number fields. It seems that empty decimals that are calculated with conditional logic in numbers fields are not shown in Mozilla Firefox. I will escalate this issue to our developers and we will inform you via this thread once this issue is resolved.
Can you please check and confirm that empty decimals are shown in Google Chrome on your end. It is also working on my end in Internet Explorer.
For now as possible workaround I can only suggest you to use text box fields instead of number fields.

Thank you for the update. We're glad to know that it is now working in Google Chrome on your end. I will update the report created for your concern. I'm also able to reproduce the issue in Mozilla Firefox. I would like to apologize if we cannot provide any ETA to when this will be fixed, but please be assured that if there are any news from our development team, we will update you here the soonest.
