New Questions not saving

I have tried multiple times to put a new question on our form and it will not update in the preview. 

I have tested on this form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/63137725293964 since it is the last one you have edited and I can see new questions are showing in the preview.

Is this the form where you're working on?
