My notification email has missing fields.

HI 

we have a ridiculously long jotform that when the email notificiation comes through the table doesn't show the last few fields.  Is this something at the jotform end or is this likely to be our end?

I checked your form (Antenatal History v2). You have two notification emails alerts. The alert called "Notification 1" seems to have been broken since the content doesn't show the last few fields:

Other notification includes additional two fields:

Your form includes more fields than these additional fields. Hence, I recommend you to delete these notification email alerts and re-create them. If the issue continues after re-creating notification alerts please contact us again in order to let us investigate the issue further.
