How can I mass upload 96 questions with the same conditions

Hi there,

Can you help with how I can upload 96 questions in any of the forms?

We're planning to send out a form with a pretty long questionnaire in it. 

Answers to the questions will have the same 'Best' and 'Worst' texts and the same 6-grade scale. 

I'd like to avoid uploading and editing questions manually. I'm familiar with this mass upload feature in other forms, but would rather find a solution here if it's an option.
