Preview Before Submit widget: Sub products with 0 quantity are not being hidden

Asked by martinliu on December 02, 2016 at 09:51 AM

    Hello,

I work on the following form https://www.jotform.ca/form/61805317661253?preview=true At the end of the form, I used the Preview Before Submit Widget contents to get a summary of the form before submitting it.   I also created Create Sub-Products Based on a Product Option following the instructions here https://www.jotform.com/help/264-Create-Sub-Products-Based-on-a-Product-Option

Is there a way to configure the Widget to display only sub-products that have quantity different from 0? (the one I put in a red rectangle in my example).  To show all sub-products look even if the use didn't select them is a bit messy.

    Thanks,

    Martin

I was able to replicate the problem, it seems like the Preview Before Submit widget can't hide sub products with 0 quantity. The widget has the "Hide Empty Inputs" option, but it seems to only work on the main inputs.

    Here's my sample form: https://form.jotform.com/63364723987974

Here's a screencast that displays the problem:

Let me forward this to our developers to have it checked. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a time frame to when this will be fixed.
