My free account has been disabled

    I understand that my free account can only hold so many submissions.  My form has been disabled even though I have been downloading  my submissions to excel and then deleting them.  Can you help me?

    Hi Idooley,

    Unfortunately, that wouldn't help. Deleting submissions will not reduce your used quota.

    Submissions counter will only reset every first day of the following month. For example, next reset will be on June 01, 2012. However, if you don't like to wait you can upgrade to one of our paid plans.

    I know other people in my company have the paid account - do I just have to log in as them and do my form all over again?

    That is possible. You can easily clone your from the paid account. Old submissions will not be carried over though.
