I'm having trouble reading encrypted forms.

I think theres a problem downloading the key

Can you please provide further details to the issue you are encountering? The key to the encrypted form should be downloaded to your device during the first time that you Enabled the encryption on the form. Can you please check your downloads folder for a file named jotform.key?

If you are having trouble uploading the key to the submissions page, please do let us know. I would also recommend using Google Chrome when browsing the encrypted forms to make sure the key is uploaded correctly.
