Why I'm not receiving Autoresponders?

    Hi There

    I've created this form https://form.jotformeu.com/62712649722358 and set up autoresponder email but for some reason it's not working.

    When I test the autoresponder it arrives without a problem and the notification emails are arriving ok.

    I've used autoresponder emails in the past without any problems so would really appreciate your help, as no matter what I do I can't seen to get it to work.

    I did test your form and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I sent a test submission and I did receive the auto-responder email successfully. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists. You may also like to let us know the webpage URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.
