Using JotForm with multi-page forms (Page Break)

If we were to set up a form and use page break to break up the process...what happens if the person doesn't go through to the end of our form?

Is each time they hit a page break like they have hit submit and we have access to that info?  If so, great!!

We are fearful our forms are too long (though necessary).  If I can capture basic info on screen one I can always call or email them to complete the task.

    Thanks for your answer.

    Hello Marc,

What you could do to be sure that they will fill the form is to make basic information fields required:

That way, they will not be able to Submit the form if they don't fill the required fields. On the other hand, if they fill it but they don't fill the rest of the form you can email them as you said.

    Hope it helps.

If you have any further questions or had something else in mind. Please let us know.

    Thank you!
